Nickel Wire

Nickel wire is a metal wire product made of high-purity nickel (purity ≥ 99.9%) or nickel-based alloys (such as Ni-Cu, Ni-Cr, Ni-Fe). It features excellent corrosion resistance, high-temperature stability, good electrical conductivity and ductility, and can maintain stable performance in harsh environments such as acid-base corrosion, high temperature oxidation, and strong current impact.

Our nickel wire is processed through vacuum melting, continuous casting, precision drawing and annealing treatment, with uniform material composition, no impurities and cracks, and meets the requirements of high-precision applications.

Equipped with CNC precision drawing equipment, the diameter tolerance can reach ±0.001mm, meeting the requirements of micro-device assembly.

  • 2. Traceable Quality System

Each batch of nickel wire is marked with a unique batch number, covering material procurement, production process, testing data and other links, which can be traced throughout the whole process.

  • 3. Customized Surface Treatment

Provide annealing, pickling, polishing and plating surface treatment to meet the needs of different application scenarios.

Applications

Medical Industry

Used in the manufacture of medical guide wires, surgical instruments, implantable medical devices (such as pacemaker electrodes). The nickel wire has good biocompatibility and corrosion resistance, and can adapt to the complex environment of the human body without causing adverse reactions.

Electronics & Electrical Appliances

As a key component of resistance wires, thermocouple wires, battery electrodes and sensor components, it is widely used in temperature measuring instruments, heating equipment, new energy batteries and other products, with stable electrical performance and long service life.

Chemical & Petrochemical Industry

Made into corrosion-resistant filter screens, catalyst carriers and pipeline components, it can resist the corrosion of acids, alkalis, salts and other media in chemical reactors and oil refining equipment, and is suitable for high-temperature and high-pressure working conditions.

Aerospace & Automotive Industry

Applied to the manufacturing of engine parts, exhaust system components and aerospace electronic equipment, with high-temperature resistance and fatigue resistance, ensuring the stable operation of equipment in extreme environments.
